Psagot’s Cabernet Franc 2012, a beautiful fruit profile which integrates nicely with the spiciness of the oak barrels. From the nose and into the mouth it has cabernet franc written all over it. The wine additionally has an earthy-mineral backbone highlighting the terroir of the vineyards and the region.

Psagot’s Cabernet Franc pairs nicely with game meats, stews, pizza and lasagna dishes or can be enjoyed on its own. 
This wine is very approachable now and should develop nicely over the next five years.
