The challah board is made of break resistant glass and features pomegranates in tones of pink, orange, blue, purple and turquoise  accompanied by the words, “Lichvod Shabbat ve Yom Tov,” (in honor of the sacred Shabbat and holy days) and the words of the blessing over bread before the meal: “Amotzi Lechem Min Haaretz” – “Who brings forth bread from the earth,”in Hebrew.

The challah cover is woven embroidery in raw silk fabric white background and has the same beautiful artwork.
