Amazing artisan sterling silver goblet wine cup and saucer. The goblet is beautifully decorated on the upper part with delicate grape clusters and vine ornaments in Art Nouveau style. The round base is decorated with a beautiful scrolled stripes band. The round saucer is decorated in a similar pattern with an hammered surface in center. This item was made in the electroforming method.

Artist Amnon Caspi an Israeli Artist, designs and creates unique sterling silver items. As an infant he developed polio which left his legs paralyzed. Caspi, who now walks with the aid of crutches, defeated all odds and went on to earn an advanced degree. Amnon and his wife own and run their workshop in the beatiful city  Netanya, Israel.
Caspi is a master craft in using the electroforming process in which the formation of a layer of sterling silver is made over a mold of resin. This method allows the beautifully designed sterling silver, with its stunning and detailed designs to be created without the heavy weight and often very high costs that is typical of conventional solid sterling pieces.
